Don’t overthink it. Preschoolers don’t need kid food per se they need real food made simply. I would rotate meals like homemade chicken tenders, turkey meatballs and buttered noodles, chicken fried rice, soft tacos, breakfast for lunch, or english muffin pizzas. Keep the portions small and let them taste how natural food without a ton of preservatives tastes better.

If you didn’t already know, I teach preschool. 3-4 year olds. Yes, I love my job. Yes, it can be incredibly hard and overstimulating. Yes, it’s impossible to stay angry or upset with them. My newest job responsibility is cooking lunch for them. We have an actual kitchen, around 10 “eaters” a day. I need menu ideas, they need to be 30-40 minutes from start to on the table, nutritious, but most importantly, delicious! All ideas welcome! THANK YOU IN ADVANCE
