My dude it's both. They intentionally make it vague so it can appeal to as many different people as possible. If you see her romantically, good. If you see her as a daughter, good. If you ship the characters, good. If you just find them interesting, good. None of these things are WRONG, and it's done this way by design. And I think there's a certain level of sticking your head in the sand when you see the cute girl that flirts with the viewer constantly, wants to take them on dates and has a wedding dress alt and say "no, you're not supposed to find this attractive!!" Because yes, many of those salarymen also find this kind of innocence attractive. It depends on the person.
