@Ntuthu9502 @Thulani_RDB @nasiphim @CityTshwane So what did the clearance certificate say when you transfered the property? Either way your grievance with the builder is a seperate matter and can be settled after the fact in court. But now we end up paying more for our power to cover your debt

@theCMH94 @Thulani_RDB @nasiphim @CityTshwane The developer who built the place is the one who did not pay while the account was in their name and there were multiple meters on the property which we were not aware of , we inherited that debt as trustees and made the COT aware of this
So before you judge , get the facts!

Where is that payment? How did you let it get so high. Trustee se gat, now you are leaving the residents in the dark. I am sure they were up to date

@nasiphim @CityTshwane Mayor you are telling a one sided story. Although you are doing a great job but you are not calling out your City officials for not attending to sorting legacy account discrepancies. As a resident and Trustee of Oak Tree Village I’m disappointed by this.

Community facilities.
It’s a core City mandate. Privatisation is exclusionary. We will never find a potential world champion who can’t afford to use a private track.
