📍You need to read this to understand how a systematic conspiracy is planted against Jain's and their religious heritage place. ●Since the 19th century, the charge of Girnar 5th peak & its maintenance and religious offerings as per Digamber rituals and ministration by Digamber Jain pujariés (priests) was entrusted to Shri - Bandilal ji Digamber Jain Karkhana at 5th peak(tonk) Gimar ●It repaired and restored the canopies/ chatries/deries(steps) over charan (footprints) and image of Neminatha at 5th Peak of Girnar, damaged due to lighting in ● 1879 A.D. With requisite permission of {Nawab of princely state of Junagadh and Bhavnagar} ●Again, repairing work was done in 1902 A.D. ●And again, in 1914 A.D. with permission of the said state. Now you have to understand ●Had there been an image of Guru dattarey to whom girnar brahmans claim to be a separate diety of their religion, their predecessor must have attempted or made claim to repair the canopies/chatries or atleast must have " OBJECTED " to the right of the bandilal digamber Jain karkhana to undertake its repairs and restoration before the Nawab of junagadh. (But NOWHERE any such record is found) ●After the merger of the princely state of junagadh and bhavnagar in the union of india, the newly created state of Saurashtra "AGAIN GRANTED PERMISSION" to Bandilal Digamber karkhana on 24th july 1950 to carry out certain repair work at 5th peak. ● On 6th October 1965, the bandilal digamber Jain karkhana girnar got registered, which implies that for protected monument at 5th peak of girnar state is the CUSTODIAN AND RIGHT TO MINISTER IT REMAINED WITH THE TRUST . So eventually, no other trust or religion can claim an already registered trust, and its religious domination in later dates it,ll be considered null & void. ● ASI on 2nd June 2004 took decision of reconstruction of chatries/deries at 5th peak of girnar by department of Gujrat to other religious denomination to undertake construction at 5th peak is beyond the delegated authority and a clear act of conversion/encroachments & criminal conspiracy. The unending conflicts are going on since ,slowly, the encroachment is widespread and eventually overtook the whole 5th peak, pushing out jains and their identity from the 5th peak. Undoubtedly, local authorities politicians and administration supported this conversion and didn't give justice to jains and favored this wrongful act.
