I’m surprised that @vintedUK solution to their app not working correctly, is to cancel someone’s order then re-list the item and ask the buyer to buy it again. Great customer service.

@O2 Update…the £104.16 we paid on Wednesday, which the website said was the early upgrade charge to cancel current contract, is somehow magically £400 now.

Wow… @O2 - ‘upgraded’ my brothers phone online on Wednesday, supposed to be delivered today…1.5 hours on the phone, 5 different advisers and the current one just laughs at us. How do you keep any customers!? Thankfully we’ve never had this issue with @EE
