@healthyopinion @CareQualityComm If the service is doctor led (and doctors writing prescriptions) it legally must be CQC registered. I think it’s a criminal offence for it not to be.

@the_shak @CareQualityComm ultimately comes down to regulated activities. Any service using doctors /dentists most likely to be registrable. Pharmacist only services generally remain under GPhC Really surprised a doctor led medical service, operating for many months, not CQC registered....but will CQC act?
