Seriously who’s writing these alerts. So far we’ve had several for another service and reviewing over an hour before sailing! I’m not one to moan @CalMac_Updates @CalMacFerries but you are messing with lifeline services and peoples jobs and time with incorrect info!!!!

@CalMacFerries So you say you strive to deliver accurate and upto date info. This alert over two hours ago! I’ve checked Marine traffic and cam but have you informed the elderly and non tech savvy that the sailing was successful? Have you informed that is it sailing by sailing etc???

@CalMacFerries This isn’t a short notice. You were reviewing a service an hour and 15 mins prior to a potential sailing. In the last few weeks the mistakes and corrections have been terrible. 3 times we have had someone else’s alert! One of those times it was corrected with the wrong date!
