BEWARE: this temporal lobe tumor might LOOK like an ependymoma or glioblastoma, but by sequencing and methylation profiling it's unequivocally a pleomorphic xanthoastrocytoma.🤯 #pathology #neuropath #pathtwitter

Big honors for these amazing neuropathologists today. Congrats to Dr. Giannini and Dr. Moore for their @neuropathology Meritorious Awards! We are so lucky to have such excellent clinicians, mentors, and friends in AANP and the field of #neuropath. #neuropath2022 #AANP2022

@thepathphd I'm a neuropathologist, but interested in brain tumors rather than dementia. Clinical and research training in pathology give you a different skill set and are very different career paths.

@thepathphd Are you talking about signing out neuropath in a clinical setting or doing neuropath research? Those are quite different.

Seeing all the new #Pathology matches is super exciting, but I often feel left out of pathology spaces because I’m not going the MD route. If anyone knows of other PhD-trained pathologists (particularly neuropath), I’d love to connect! #PathTwitter #AcademicTwitter

Mayo has developed a test to detect #COVID19. A process that usually takes 6 months to a year was accomplished in under a month, thanks to a dedicated team working around the clock. Learn more about the Clinical #Virology Laboratory @mayocliniclabs mayocl.in/3cSYLx7.
