@AkasaAir A flight that was to land at 10:30 took off at 10:30 and landed at 12:15. 2 hours delay and imagine the people who reached by 7 cause you wanted everyone to board in time to make them wait in the flight and then say sorry. Pathetic service. Akasa #NeverAgain

@AkasaAir Well, making people sit in the flight for an hour wasn't due to bad weather but bad planning. Apparently even in Bangalore, the pilot has announced that we are parked away from the building so it will take another 30 mins.

Another horrible experience with @AkasaAir Flight QP 1195 one hour late with no good reason. Passengers sitting in the flight for 45 minutes. They didn't even bother to serve water if people didn't ask! With every Akasa flight, my respect for @IndiGo6E increases!

They do not even have the basic courtesy to offer water after making people wait for 2-3 hours. On top, they are charging a bomb for such bad service. @AAI_Official @DGCAIndia should definitely look into this

@AirAsiaIndia Half an hour for priority check in when there were only 4 people in the queue. Rude and slow staff! I think you should look into that.
