He locks his gate and avoids visitors hoping he can solve their problems. I once helped a G-wagon bros with N50k to fuel his car as he was running late for a flight and only had 3 miles with 0 Naira in all his accounts. 1. Confirm if the landlord lives in the house and if that’s his only source of income. Also, that’ll mean less privacy cos those old folks are usually monitoring spirits. 2. Check if water runs regularly, don’t just see taps and assume there’s always water. Ask questions. 3. Ask the neighbors if the light is consistent and for how many hours it runs daily. 4. Check for flooding and drainage. Visit the area during raining season if possible. 5. Check the surroundings for security if it feels safe at night. 6. Confirm if the network reception is not poor else you will see shege, especially if you’re using Glo. 7. Check if they don’t make noise in the neighborhood. Go there in the evening and confirm. 8. Check the distance from your house to the b/stop if the cost of moving around will not drain you. 9. Lastly, check if there’s enough ventilation in the compound. A fine house with no airflow will frustrate you.

Arsenal’s season as a whole so far is a very good season. I know fans are anxious because we’ve been at this point several times and faltered. Fatigue showed a lot in our last match. Fans don’t want that excuse because most of the team had 1 week rest. So we see it as fear. It just looks like key players are so terrified of making mistakes that they are forgetting they still need to play football for us to be successful this season. Funny enough, a player like Myles is one player that has the guts but his age can sometimes show inexperience and opposition always exploits his position anytime he plays. It is evident why Arteta has not trusted him this season. Losing the league by just 2 or 3 points can make one mad about perfection. Unfortunately, perfection is not what will win you trophies. It is the amount of controlled chaos you can make at the right moments. In summary, I believe this Arsenal team will win the league. We might get to the final of the champions league but I am not sure we have players in som key areas who are ready to stand up and be counted when it matters most.
