Major companies like @Starbucks , @Dell, and @amazon have been getting more serious about enforcing their #RTO policies. Have you felt more pressure from your company to return to the office in the past few months?

Among US companies with structured #hybrid work policies, 74% use a Minimum Days/Week model, making it the dominant approach. The vast majority (85%) of these firms implement some form of minimum attendance requirement, whether days or percentage-based.
