The "algo" was perfected over a decade ago but advertisers hate it because without heavy manual censorship (i.e. the people Elon fired on day one) and the old bluecheck aristocracy it turns into 4chan. Post SpaceXAI merger they should stop even pretending this place isn't a loss leader to act as Chud Media and harvest data for Grok, because the growth story is over. There are no more fully sapient people to add to the Internet aside from births.

@FavaAnthony I'm guessing that there's a pareto distribution among the sales team. A few guys who have been there forever either because they're A+++level, or do big fleet deals, or something else, and then a big pool of people who just churn through on poverty wages
