In the last 24 hours I've had a dozen messages from entrepreneurs who are leaving the UK. These are people who pay millions in taxes who are leaving for a better deal. For every millionaire who leaves, it takes 55 average tax payers to make up the shortfall. I've also had dozens of messages from entrepreneurs who are sitting on record levels of cash in their businesses but refuse to invest or spend it because of the additional tax implications or perceived risk in this high-tax economy. Gary is betting on the economy collapsing while also pushing for the socialist policies that traditionally collapse economies.
