@GreenieDBD For your own good better read this. Don't just get "protein" powders, you need fibre (extremely important) vitamins, minerals and water (a significant amout) It's only temporary also so don't just rely on it and I don't know what's going on but do regular food eventually.

They’re the heart of the franchise.
