"nothing happens for a long time, then everything happens all at once" a lot of people would've quit (and I was almost quitting tbh) now the channel is pulling in $30/day in ad-revenue, which is a nice to have and lowers CAC but more importantly, hundreds of thousands in lead flow for our SaaS

I scaled 30+ apps to $100K MRR with zero ad spend. 1.5 billion views generated. $1-2 CPM on average. I'm finally dropping the full UGC playbook. 44 pages. Every step, every price, every tool + viral formats with case studies Lowkey scared to drop this because it's literally what clients pay us $5K-$20K/month for. Reply "UGC" and I'll DM it to you. Must be following so I can DM.

How to get rich in the AI revolution (2026 Playbook) Alex Hormozi spent 60 minutes training businesses on how to leverage AI to make more and save time. Here’s how you can apply this in your business in 5 minutes: AI hygiene A lot of people still use the same AI chat for a lot of different use cases. You need one chat per topic to get the best results. Why? Because without that, the AI will get lost in what context we are in and what problem we are trying to solve. This is basic, but you’d be surprised how many people still use 1 chat for everything. The 3-part AI System Every business needs this 3-part system: 1. Business context doc Create a doc with who you are, what you sell, your prices, your audience, your positioning, your stories, etc. This tells AI what game you’re playing. 2. Assets doc (your past work/data), Create another doc but this time with all your actual work: your best content, past emails, sales call recordings, landing pages, website copy, etc. This is your “training data” so AI stops sounding generic and is personalized to your business. 3. Prompt SOPs The detailed prompts that tell AI exactly how to use the business context and the data to create repeatable, high-quality outputs personalized to YOU. A prompt is the same as a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) you’d give an employee. When you have one-line prompts, it’s the same as giving your employees one sentence and expecting a great output. The better and more complete we make the prompt, the better the outcome we get. So let’s say you want AI to produce a sales page, your copy, your email sequences, etc. You write a detailed prompt that consists of the following: Role – who it is “You are an expert copywriter for a B2B SaaS company…” Goal – what success looks like “Your job is to write a sales page that gets demo bookings from [target audience].” Context & Examples – what to base it on This is where the docs we created come in. You paste them in so the AI has context and real examples. “I pasted a document of who we are as a company and examples of past sales pages that worked for us, use it as context.” Rules & Constraints – how it must behave “Write at a 5th–8th grade reading level. No hype language, no fake scarcity, no made-up stats. Speak directly to one reader.” Output – what to return “Follow this structure: hook, problem, proof, offer, CTA. Max 800 words. Use short paragraphs and clear subheadings.” This is when prompts become assets, and you can reuse them to generate high-quality outputs on demand. The real money is in building this system: Context → Assets/data → Prompt SOPs This is how AI becomes a value-add and part of your team instead of just being slop. You can't outsource the thinking to AI, you simply direct it to do the time-consuming work and connect the dots for you. If your business is still using one-line prompts and you don’t have this system set up, you are leaving money on the table and wasting hours on work that could be taking seconds. I’m helping 5 business owners implement this for free just to gather some feedback and prove how this alone can be a game-changer. DM me so we can talk – no strings attached :) Rooting for you, Tomas

marketing for 95% of ai startups is awful: - make a slick launch video - pay for tweets - pray marketing is more valuable than coding. and very few know how to close the gap.

I'm convinced the key to wealth today is: 1) generating cash flow as an AI practitioner 2) investing that cash in picks & shovels of the AI buildout if I share my investment theses, actual buys, etc in AI supply chain / infrastructure would you be interested in following along?

@fueltherocket @boringmarketer You can bet on the biggest guys already and have a less risky approach with biggest portion of your portfolio and then have a smaller % of your portfolio for riskier bets from your own research.

I can’t stop thinking about how early we are when it comes to the AI infrastructure build out and supply chain it’s a new gold rush and so many picks/shovels are up for grabs power, chips, raw earths/minerals, data centers and all the layers in between I wonder what this list looks like in 10 years

My grandfather told me this: Do what’s necessary, not what’s comfortable. The gap between your goals and your reality is filled with painful, boring work. Most people avoid it, which is why it’s so valuable. Master the ordinary to create the extraordinary.

I've used Claude Code to build 20+ projects in the last 6 months. Thousands of new users across them. And I've never written a single line of code. I just dropped a 24-min video with my top 10 tips for non-developers — the exact playbook I use every day to run multiple AI agents that handle work that used to take me a full week. This is the best beginner guide to learning and building with Claude Code out right now. Every tutorial I found assumes you're a developer. This one doesn't. I cover everything from first install to running multi-agent workflows — with live demos and real examples for every single tip. How I set up new projects, how I got Claude to match my writing style, how I automate repeatable workflows with one command, and how I run multiple agents working on different tasks at the same time. I also built a full resource repo to go alongside the video — curated video tutorials, the best skill libraries, plugin directories, MCP server guides, written docs, community links, and a starter CLAUDE.md template you can copy-paste into your first project today. Comment "GUIDE" and I'll send you the full guide with everything you need to learn Claude Code! (make sure we're connected so I can DM you)

If you read this and want to do something about it... Here's how to use Claude code, MCPs, and skills to build something that doesn't suck: Install the perplexity MCP. Before you build anything, have the Perplexity MCP research your market and competitors, look for patterns in the winners, for what to avoid, and market gaps you could fill. Only after this is done can we start building with this new context. Then ask Claude to build an orchestrator skill that will help you break down your business, build the right systems, and guide you in what to prioritize next. This prevents you from not knowing what to do next and failing to prioritize what matters to get your project going. Once this is done, ask it what other skills you guys could build together to help the project come to life, some ideas: - Direct response skill (copywriting) - Landing page skill - Lead magnet skill - Brand positioning skill - SEO and content skill You can literally build any skill you want. Go watch the best youtube videos on the topic, paste the link into claude or whatever LLM you use and ask it to summarize the best tips shared. Then use them in creating these skills. It's that easy. You can also use NotebookLM and add a bunch of YouTube videos/books/articles on a specific topic, then ask it to summarize the learnings and top recommendations. You then use these to make the skills even better. So now you have: - Researched your market and competitors - Built the key skills What's left? To actually use these skills to create artifacts and your actual business/project. If you wanted to build the landing page here's what you'd prompt Claude code: "Use the direct response copy skill as well as the context you acquired via our research to build the landing page, and also utilize the landing page skill for best practices." This is just an example of how to prompt Claude to get what you want by utilizing the skills you just built and leveraging the research you initially did with the perplexity MCP. Do this for anything you want to create, use the orchestrator skill to help you brainstorm what to prioritize next, and enjoy building something that doesn't suck. Hope this helps :) - Tomas
