@easyJet EZY2770. Landed at Manchester at 02:48. It's now 03:39 and still absolutely no sign of our baggage allegedly being delivered by DHL Manchester. Who can we complain to?

@manairport Please can you get rid of DHL Manchester? They are so useless and slow. Is it just one guy getting the baggage from the planes to the carousels? Been all over the world and yours is the slowest airport for baggage delivery. Absolutely useless. Please replace them.

@DHLGlobal Why is your DHL Manchester (airport) team so useless at getting baggage from the plane to the carousels? At Cyprus, they were so efficient. It's been 50 minutes since we disembarked now. DHL = Dreadfully Hopeless Logistics. Useless.

Booked non-refundable hotel and car hire and flights. Notified them of end of life care for my Dad who passed away prior to our flights but after we'd had to cancel. Everyone but @easyJet were happy to refund in full, and were very sympathetic. Not a good look is it @easyJet? 🙄

@VirginMoney Yes - if you look at the Google Play Store reviews for your credit card app, you'll see that many people (including me) are unable to use the app. Please can you raise it as an issue with the app developers to resolve? It works fine on my Apple, so seems to only affect Samsung

This is a photo of how your 4 carriages looked on the way down. Spent most of the journey stuck with 4 other people in the toilets as there was no other room in the train. What service did I pay for, again?

@CrossCountryUK I paid for a ticket from Stockport to Banbury (09:33) and reserved a seat. I spent the entire delayed journey squashed in between 20 people in the doorway, unable to even get to my seat How do I complain about your appalling services? 4 carriages is a joke.
