I survived 2019. I survived 2022. But I honestly don’t remember sentiment ever feeling this dead while adoption keeps accelerating this hard.

Meta is going to fire 8,000 employees tomorrow at 4AM. > They have asked all their employees to WFH tomorrow. > 8,000 unlucky employees will receive the Good Bye email at 4AM in the morning. > Workers laid off in the US will get 16 weeks of base pay as severance, plus 2 extra weeks for every year spent at Meta. > Apart from them, 7,000 more employees who keep their jobs will be shifted into 4 new AI-focused organisations. > After this, Meta have a plan to fire more employees in August and another round towards the end of 2026. All total Meta may reduce its head count by 10,000 to 15,000 in this year only. What do you think? Where is Meta doing wrong?

While Bitcoin gets a lot of attention, it hasn’t played the safe-haven role many expected. In my view, there are a few reasons why. First, Bitcoin lacks privacy. Transactions can be monitored and potentially controlled, which is why central banks aren’t looking to hold it. Second, it also has a high correlation with tech stocks. When investors get squeezed in other areas of their portfolio, they sell their Bitcoin to cover it. Third, it’s a relatively small and controllable market, whereas gold stands alone. There is only one gold. Ultimately, gold is more widely held, deeply established, and still plays a central role in the global system.

Was chatting with a friend who’s expecting his first kid. He asked, what’s it like? I gave it a shot. But felt didn’t do it justice. How do you answer that question in 1-2 sentences?

the entire venture capital industry is built on a fundamental lie vcs say they fund exceptional founders before the market sees it reality: most wait for social proof, then cosplay conviction after the round is already safe

The main driver of $BTC demand now comes from fixed-income investors buying $STRC to capture an 11.5% yield. But the yield can only be paid if an ever-increasing number of investors buy into the Ponzi. The more investors who buy in, the more who need to buy in to keep it going.

This is so fucking embarrassing. Bitcoin is a 1.6T USD asset. While the entire world is sending their best experts in cryptography and quantum physicists to debate the dangers of quantum computers, we're forced to listen to a purified influencer pleb slop gobbledygook. These people sound like they're at the verge of psychosis. I'd rather listen to a new age hippie high on DMT and it would make more sense than this.
Simply Bitcoin@SimplyBitcoin

Jeff Booth, Jack Klucznik and Nicholas Marino perfectly explain how a Quantum threat to Bitcoin is "nonsense." "Bitcoin is the answer. Bitcoin is physics."

BTC is a dangerous investment, as the fundamentals beyond speculation do not exist! BTC's flaws are in plain sight; a popular narrative shift exposing it could happen overnight Security is running out & inflation will be increased! Collapse is inevitable; it is all in the code

@zamdoteth 😂 Thanks for the alpha. My new diligence process is now just Ctrl+F for ‘Pantheon’ + ‘hierarchical epidermis.’ If it hits, instant term sheet. If not, at least I know you didn’t waste my time with actual traction.
