@markgoldbridge Fucking whingeing all the time. United spent the last decade overpaying for players who’ve performed elsewhere for 1 or 2 seasons and that’s worked well hasn’t it. Let’s just keep repeating that for another few years shall we?!

It’s very difficult to get a positive resolution from these private companies.
At the end of the day, you will have to pay. The stores don’t care.

Just spoke to a manager who said I should have noticed the signs and it’s nothing to do with him.

@henrywinter I’m pretty surprised you haven’t looked at the rule in the last few hours and shut up about this now. Like it or not, the ref implemented the rules correctly. I was surprised at the time, but surprisingly, the ref knows the rule better than you or I and applied it correctly.

The latest refereeing controversy is simply another reason why the audio has to be played live in stadium and on broadcasts. It works in other sports. Fans, viewers, listeners deserve to know what’s happening in and to THEIR game. The game doesn’t belong to PGMO/IFAB.

The problem with the reasoning that the handball was deemed accidental as the ball also came off Bryan Mbeumo’s hip before it hit his arm is that he then controlled it. It didn’t just hit his arm, he trapped the ball, clearly gaining an advantage as he turned and shot. #MUNNFO

@Sargesbackheel @Marxteven @henrywinter Yeah that’s a very fair point. The only reason I say the law is an ass, is if Mbeumo had scored directly himself it would have been disallowed and in both scenarios there would have been an advantage from an accidental handball ending in a goal

@Marxteven @henrywinter It’s actually not though. Unless Mbeumo scored the goal himself after touching it with his arm. Not saying the rule makes sense, but in this case, the ref was actually correct. It’s the law that’s an ass!

@henrywinter Even if it hit his leg first, then brushed his finger you can’t allow a goal to stand if it ends up in a goal. That’s the actual rule.
