Stephen A watched exactly one Michigan game this year and made some grand declarations on TV about a team that won the best conference in America by 4 games. lol. These people aren’t to be taken seriously.

"I owe the Michigan Wolverines an apology. ... I did not give them the respect that they deserved coming into this tournament. ... They can win it all." —@stephenasmith on Michigan in the men's NCAA tournament 👀

@emcwilly @cookies1381 @NvictusManeo @ByAZuniga He’s good enough to play now just has 4 experienced bigs ahead of him. Hell with what he’s showed in limited minutes, I wouldn’t mind him playing ahead of Tschetter right now.
English

@thereal_TJR @cookies1381 @NvictusManeo @ByAZuniga My guess is they’ll be able to throw enough money at one of Mara or Morez to come back next year and play alongside a portal big so Costello can come off the bench. Goodman ain’t going from mop up duty to starting unless he takes the biggest year 2 jump in recent history.

Dusty May says an agent representing one of Michigan's players admitted he's already been talking to other schools.
"If this isn't the best place, there's no hard feelings. You work for him. You have to do the best for him. We want him to stay. If he doesn't feel like he'll have an opportunity to play and develop, whatever the case, there's no hard feelings.
"He was almost shocked that we weren't angry at him because he said he'd spoken to several other schools.
"As long as they're all on one-year contracts and as long as there's as much fluidity as there is in college basketball, until we figure out a system, it's not going to change. I don't take it personally when our guys say they have offers from other schools. I just don't.
"I don't like it because, obviously, it's more work for me and it's change and it's hard, but I'm not mad at them for it."

@emcwilly @cookies1381 @NvictusManeo @ByAZuniga Mara, Yax & Morez will be in the league. They will get a transfer C and Goodman/Costello will be starting beside him.
English

@thereal_TJR @cookies1381 @NvictusManeo @ByAZuniga I’d bet a lot of money that Oscar Goodman does not start for Michigan basketball next year.
English

@cookies1381 @NvictusManeo @ByAZuniga Nah Goodman probably Starts next year. Plus he’s a foreign player, he is ineligible for NIL.

Is this not pretty lateral?

NEWS: Akron’s John Groce has emerged as the top target in Charleston’s head coach search, sources told ESPN. Nothing is done and steps remain for both sides in the next 24 hours, but there’s mutual interest. Groce has led the Zips to four of the last five NCAA tournaments.

@R_Nwanguma93 @chug1219 That’s what’s appealing probably to Golden, May and Oats. They can be successful and not have near the scrutiny as their football counterparts. But more importantly with NIL any job can be a hit! Gone are the days of the blue bloods grabbing up all the high school talent.
English

@chug1219 Not a better job than 1 natty, March snakebit laden Arizona and 3 football schools?? 😅😅😅

Key buyout numbers for North Carolina's head coaching search:
Florida's Todd Golden: $16 million
Arizona's Tommy Lloyd: $11 million
Alabama's Nate Oats: $10 million on 4/1
Michigan's Dusty May: $7.5 million
Iowa State's T.J. Otzelberger: $4 million
Jon Rothstein@JonRothstein
Sources: Hubert Davis will not return as North Carolina's head coach.
English

@HawkAficionado @Taylor_Wagener @JonRothstein Rich Rodriguez was a West Virginia native and an Alum…he still left Morgantown for Ann Arbor. If UNC calls McCollum will answer. The bigger question is whether UNC is a better job giving the new landscape of college basketball. The B1G takes a backseat to no one now!
English

@Taylor_Wagener @JonRothstein he’s not leaving iowa🤣 native to iowa city and was a hawks fan growing up
English

@MikeFrank152027 @BankHoops That school down the road is closer $15 million, MSU is around $7 million, Nebraska closer to $3 million and Iowa around $2 million
English

@bgroulx @MikeFrank152027 The list is fake! That dude is not a source lol
English

@MikeFrank152027 How could Michigan State possibly be on this list? They are so pure of heart. Just ask all of their fans who say they’re doing things the ethical way by not paying for players.
