@therno@OpenAI@conradev@AriX Any software project that then requires accessing a browser to do things (i.e. configuring domains with devops or end to end testing)
I have been *abusing* @OpenAI computer use
I have actually been using it non stop since 9am today and I’m still going
God please forgive me for all of my wasted tokens
Absolute insane work @conradev@AriX
@Kimi_Moonshot Why are you comparing it to Opus 4.6 and not to the newest Opus 4.7? What is it with all AI/LLM companies that are doing it in such a weird way in showing what their model is capable of?
Meet Kimi K2.6: Advancing Open-Source Coding
🔹Open-source SOTA on HLE w/ tools (54.0), SWE-Bench Pro (58.6), SWE-bench Multilingual (76.7), BrowseComp (83.2), Toolathlon (50.0), Charxiv w/ python(86.7), Math Vision w/ python (93.2)
What's new:
🔹Long-horizon coding - 4,000+ tool calls, over 12 hours of continuous execution, with generalization across languages (Rust, Go, Python) and tasks (frontend, devops, perf optimization).
🔹Motion-rich frontend - Videos in hero sections, WebGL shaders, GSAP + Framer Motion, Three.js 3D.
🔹Agent Swarms, elevated - 300 parallel sub-agents × 4,000 steps per run (up from K2.5's 100 / 1,500). One prompt, 100+ files.
🔹Proactive Agents - K2.6 model powers OpenClaw, Hermes Agent, etc for 24/7 autonomous ops.
🔹Claw Groups (research preview) - bring your own agents, command your friends', bots & humans in the loop.

K2.6 is now live on kimi.com in chat mode and agent mode.

@Dimillian No. But I figured it out now : it's translated , so on a German Mac installation it's "/schnell" .. which I find a bit weird tbh. the slash commands should not be translated as you can already see here it causes a lot of confusion.
Every time I ask yall for feedback on Codex, you say two things:
1. SSH dev box support in the app
2. View your files in the app
Both are now available with our launch yesterday!!
What’s left?
@romainhuet Is there one single person on this planet that got remote connections working in the new Codex update? Are you sure that you did not forget to activate this? At first I thought it would be EU+UK but also complaints here from the US github.com/openai/codex/i…
Big day for Codex!
Codex can now work across more of your computer and more of your tools.
Features many of you have been asking for are here: computer use, in-app browser, 90+ plugins, image generation, memory, thread automations, and more.
Can’t wait to see what you build!
If you are not seeing remote ssh connections in Codex : add this to your ~/.codex/config.toml
[features]
remote_connections = true
and restart. Also make sure to update your remote codex to at least 0.121.0
Codex for (almost) everything
We’re building Codex into a powerful teammate that can do nearly anything you can do on your computer, learns from past actions and chats, and can proactively take on long running work.
You can just Codex things.
8/ Remote connections (alpha): Codex can connect to remote devboxes over SSH from the desktop app.
Great if your work depends on environments that don’t live on your laptop.
To enable, connect a remote machine in Settings → Connections, create a remote project, and work there directly from Codex.
Really excited about today's @OpenAI Codex release that pushes it from a coding assistant toward a real workspace for the kinds of tasks you do on your computer.
The team is firing and we have even more in store.
🧵Here are my 11 favorite capabilities we announced today
GPT 5.4 on the most basic ask against a 40-line bash script: "Figuring out the best way to approach this is the goal! There's just so much to think through, but I'm staying committed to getting it right." SO DRAMATIC!
