This guy William Ruto,is anything but intelligent or smart. I have sat down for days trying to understand his logic and I can tell you for free he is very far from intelligence and brilliance . Infact if the bus carrying intelligence was passing today, he would be arriving at the bus stop two days from now. Thats how far he is from intelligence What this man is,is a crook,a very shrewd crook with money and resources. No more nothing less.
