@mikemaniscalco @Canes Time to drink bourbon and throw axes with your friends at Graffiti: Spirits, Axes & Art
English

It’s always tough when a season comes to an end to try to find the words that sum up the last 8+ months. I offer my heartfelt gratitude to the @Canes organization that I get to broadcast their games to you the fans. I truly want to deliver the best for you the way the team does.

@Greenmarketguy If only #graffitispiritsaxesart were open. Hopefully for bowl games and NFL playoffs

@d_herring No doubt. It’s just the sheer volume on loans with payments over $1,000/month that is getting wild. I wonder how many of these loans are also 60 months+ in duration.

@ptrckclvy @N8RealEstate I’m paying a similar rate in Cary, NC. Well worth it for the right person
English

@N8RealEstate Hey Nate, I’d give him a shot on 1-2 small projects. See how efficient he is, then go from there. Just for reference: In NYC, I saw our most skilled carpenters get $250-300 cash per day. These were guys who can do anything, and barely needed monitoring.
English

@Sports_FanOnly @GuyDealership Not sure what the relevance of historical rates is when going from 3% to 6% doubles your monthly payment. People can afford 1/3 less house than this time last year.
English

@stangeorge We have done this for years in our SFR projects and it doesn’t go unnoticed. Being able to avoid that initial blast of cold water on the arm makes it worthwhile

In my new builds, I’m planning to have my shower valve be on the wall across from the shower head. I stayed in a hotel that had this config, and it made sense to me. Curious why this isn’t more common. Any #retwit folks care to absolutely roast this idea before I finalize?
