I was just writing in my journal & realized that if something happened to me tomorrow, my child, my published writing, & my students would still be here. that’s quite a legacy. I’ve accomplished a lot in 38 years.

I’ve officially lost 25 pounds since starting Zepbound. part of me feels like I cheated, but I’ve also been drinking more water, exercising daily, eating more protein, & I’ve stopped drinking. I’m not fighting myself anymore, so I’ve adopted healthier habits. I’m very grateful.
