@Dyson - ridiculous service on your premium priced products! Trigger on the v11 breaks in less than a year (apparently a widespread issue with the model) and now the only way to get it fixed is to ship it interstate and wait for weeks when there is a service centre < K from me!

@VirginAustralia it’ll be great if you could clarify the status of your Velocity members on partner airlines. Flew Etihad expecting to be treated like @VirginAustralia treats your members only to find one hidden term after the other making me feel unwelcome.

@VirginAustralia Also, I recall speaking to velocity team about a similar clarification (Etihad Gold members are able to reserve seats FOC but not Velocith Gold members - no information about this restriction on any website either). They agreed that this would be useful to include on the website.
