Shouldn’t there be a product recall if this is an issue with the model? At the very least offer a replacement machine for the inconvenience in shipping and waiting. Dust and rubbish will not wait for your unhelpful repair process.

@Dyson - ridiculous service on your premium priced products! Trigger on the v11 breaks in less than a year (apparently a widespread issue with the model) and now the only way to get it fixed is to ship it interstate and wait for weeks when there is a service centre < K from me!

@10NewsFirst did you really have to show the George Floyd video when MLKing junior was suggesting that the intensity of protest wouldn’t have been any lesser had the video not been there? Are you trying to undermine your guest’s views or sensitise your viewers of such violence?

@VirginAustralia it’ll be great if you could clarify the status of your Velocity members on partner airlines. Flew Etihad expecting to be treated like @VirginAustralia treats your members only to find one hidden term after the other making me feel unwelcome.

@VirginAustralia Also, I recall speaking to velocity team about a similar clarification (Etihad Gold members are able to reserve seats FOC but not Velocith Gold members - no information about this restriction on any website either). They agreed that this would be useful to include on the website.

@EtihadHelp I couldn’t find on your website the terms for access to Al Reem lounge at AUH as a VA Gold member (especially where it says I can use it only for 3 hours). Can you please point me to where the info exists so I can be informed before I book anymore flights on Etihad?
