Anyone who has seen Najma Heptulla presiding over RS will agree with this post. Dhankhar, an irrelevant politician all his life, worst speaker till date has a world record of suspending most no of MPs in a single day. Meaningless arguments with MPs more senior & experienced than him,interrupting, expelling, expunging, and favoring the govt sums up his tenure till date. Level of talks and discourse under him has been the worst. If there’s any provision buried in the depths of our Constitution books, Dhankhar is perfect candidate to dig it out.
