Had a repairman over for a quote, and as I was explaining the issue, my husband walked in, and suddenly the repairman couldn’t see or hear me. But that’s okay, he had a nice conversation with my husband and I hired someone else to do the job.

When the delivery person buzzed me today I told him to bring it up, his reply was sure. Left it in the lobby. In my account it states handed to resident.And the worse thing is I was told not to walk too much due to an injury. @amazonca #AmazonDelivery #poorservice @AmazonHelp

@AmazonHelp That link sends me to my order where I can view the details. How is it allowing your investigative department to view anything? I can view it & confirm delivery by Amazon. In that link there wasn’t anywhere to input said information.

@AmazonHelp Delivery by Amazon package went out at 11:33am arrived 4pm to the above lobby left unattended for anyone to steal. Did I mention this is 3 in a row accompanied by a lie about the delivery? #Terrible

@AmazonHelp I’d like to rectify an incentivize the #poorservice received again. All the delivery images I’ve taken are time date stamped. The delivery people aren’t bothered about job loss. As an #amazomprimemember who’s had a price increase something should be done.
