Hey @Square a little transparency on this issue would go a long ways. We evaluated your product for months before switching 2 weeks ago. Today, a major outage. Never had one with our old POS provider. Convince me not to switch back. And “no root cause” identified hours later?

@SpeedSportLife I have a 2018 and for me, it’s the pinnacle of the M2 in many ways. Personally, I think the 2023 exterior design is quite flawed. But even despite all that, the digital instrumentation, while more advanced, is messy. And I prefer my analog gauges all day.
