Can anyone who is into bodybuilding/gym/workouts tell - what to do when bicep size is stuck near 14-14.2 inch for 2-3 months even after regular arms workout. Is it related to diet or what? I take approx 2500 calories with 100-120g protein but facing this issue.

Another SME crossed me IPOed at 55, went to 140 just after IPO Now no one is buying at 15? why? Who was the one buying at 140? why? SME is a very hard to crack segment Many players - Operators, merchant bankers, influencers Retail has to tackle all these to be successful
