Sideloading is fundamental to Android, and it's not going anywhere. As we said in our blog, our new developer identity requirements are designed to protect users and developers from bad actors, not to limit choice. 💯My thoughts exactly. Liquid glass is visually striking, but it's often at odds with practical, accessible UI on smartphones. It seems Apple's realizing that daily drivers need a more readable & less "bold" approach. Accessibility & readability should always come first.

@joshm @diabrowser As long as you add a sidebar + spaces mode 🙏🏼 It doesn't have to be default, but once you have tried Arc you can't go back to normal Chrome style tabs.

We are floored by the reaction to @diabrowser. Thank you everyone 🥹 “There’s so much more to do” is an understatement. But I wanted to pause to extend heartfelt gratitude to those who were unwavering in their support of us this past year. Special shoutout to Jeff, Brian, Katia, Nabil, Chris, Mike, the entire @browsercompany team, @hursh, and our partners. Too many to name. You know who you are. Not to mention all of the Arc members whose DMs, emails, and the like kept us going even when folks doubted. This sounds like an acceptance speech but it’s not. We haven’t achieved anything yet.
