Ai completely changed my YouTube workflow recently.
What used to take me like 4–6 hours now takes under an hour start to finish.
Nothing crazy… just cut out a bunch of friction.
Here’s what it looks like now:
1. Shoot + edit (Descript)
I just record and edit in the same place.
Cut filler words, tighten it up, clean the audio. Done.
No timeline rabbit holes.
2. Titles / SEO (vidIQ)
Quick pass on title + framing.
Not overthinking it, just making sure it actually lines up with what people are searching and clicking.
3. Thumbnails (OpenAI image gen)
This has been the biggest unlock by far.
I just prompt it and get a strong thumbnail in a few minutes.
Same structure every time (and saved into my LLM's memory) face on one side, concept on the other, bold text, strong visual metaphor.
No more messing around in Canva for a half hour.
4. Cutdowns (OpusClip / Supoclip via OpenClaw)
Long video gets turned into shorts automatically.
Used to skip this half the time because it was annoying. Now it just happens.
5. Posting (Zernio API)
Upload once, push everywhere.
No bouncing between platforms.
The big change isn’t the tools.
It’s just removing all the little things that slow you down.
Before it felt like:
idea → record → edit → thumbnail → post → clips
Now it’s basically just:
idea → record → done
Way easier to stay consistent when it doesn’t feel like a project every time.
Trying to just lean into volume + feedback now instead of overthinking every video.

This ma ordered a new fridge for $1000 from Lowe’s. When it was delivered, the delivery men accidentally dented the right stainless steel panel on the door.
The fridge still works great, but there are three unsightly dents. He reached out to Lowe’s and they took $500 off of the total price, so he ended up getting it for only $500.
Would you have taken that deal and saved $500 or would you have taken the fridge back and had the give you a new one that was not damaged?

You’re not looking at a “market slowdown” anymore. You’re looking at people getting financially wiped out.
One buyer planned to pass this condo down to his kids one day. Now he’s walking away from his entire life savings.
Locked in at $800K.
Appraised at $650K.
Bank won’t cover the gap and just like that… the deal collapses.
Down payment? Gone.
Future for his family? Gone.
It’s happening daily. This is how a housing market breaks.

🚨The Ontario housing market just entered the "Wild West" phase. 🏚️
The province's massive new HST rebate (up to $130,000) officially went live yesterday, but instead of prices dropping, many builders are already hiking them.
Here is the one thing every buyer needs to know:
The "Net Price" Trap.🪤
Most builders used to advertise the price after the old $24k rebate.
Now that the rebate is $130k, they are "re-adjusting" base prices to capture that extra $100k+ in government room.
If your builder's "new" price just happens to be $100k higher than it was in March, they aren't passing the savings to you—they’re pocketing the tax break as a margin booster.
The takeaway: 💁🏻♂️
Don't look at the monthly payment. Look at the Gross Price (before rebates).
If that number is spiking, the "affordability" fix is actually just a builder bailout. 🛑
