Update: I and dozens of other Members of Congress were denied a meeting at the US Treasury today. But while we were trying to get in something awesome happened. Thousands of people began filling the streets. Americans are not going to let Elon steal their money and data.

For Brian’s 44th birthday, and 7 years into surviving ALS, I cleared the calendar so we could do whatever @bsw5020 wanted to celebrate. He asked to spend the day taking his caregiving team shopping to get them each something they wanted. Happy birthday sweet Bri ❤️

Michael Downey was a tireless champion for working people across Rhode Island. We worked together closely over the pat decade and I saw firsthand the way he alway put his members first. My thoughts are with the family of this wonderful man.

Last week I got to see @dantate2. When we first met, we were both walking and talking and eating on our own. In the years since, my ALS has progressed faster than his but I still have better hair than him.
