Farmers and other stakeholders of sorghum (milo) should pay close attention to their crops this season. Late-season decline (LSD), a bacterial disease first identified infecting corn, now also infects sorghum. Early diagnosis can be critical for making timely economic decisions.

Wildfire Relief for the Texas Panhandle is being coordinated through a combination of local and state resources. Our agency will continue to make regular updates to the list of local agricultural resources and contacts at tx.ag/WildfireRelief.
