Hey @ThreeUKSupport - why on our last bill did we get charged £34 for three days and only refunded £12.29? Why when I speak to live chat do they tell me to email, and then email responses divert me back to live chat? 🤔 We're living in enough of a Twilight Zone right now...

So @ThreeUK are pursuing me for a debt I DO NOT OWE THEM. They have passed it onto a debt collection agency, called Credit Resource Solutions. I have sent Three Broadband and CRS proof of payment numerous times, but I continue to be harassed by text and email.
