@CapitalOne You are such a scam. I made a payment to completely paid off the balance and you’re still have it on hold for like a week even though it already came out of my bank. And now you won’t tell me a corporate address for me to send a formal complaint

@CapitalOne Beware of the credit card I paid off the whole balance and they put a seven day hold on the payment so even though the balance is down to zero it’s still showing that I have a limited amount of available credit. Nasty customer service just said it’s policy

@Nordstrom Just upset with your credit card customer service they called and I got the wrong information from one agent and the next agent called me and couldn’t help me either.
