Michael Saylor posted this exactly 7 hours BEFORE Marathon's announcement that they are mining their first proof of work coin (and only other) since bitcoin $BTC - @KaspaCurrency $KAS. It is known that Fred Tiel, CEO of MARA and Saylor talk often. It is possible that Fred educated Saylor on Kaspa and Saylor wanted to give Kaspa and MARA a nod? Obviously the color of Michael's Apple here matches Kaspa's primary color listed on kaspa.org. But there may be deeper symbolism here. Specifically to the largest tech company in the world that has shaped the world as we know it.. that was once a rebel startup. 🍏 Three references here to Apple Computers: When Ron Janoff designed the logo for Steve Jobs he first sketched and elaborate pen and ink drawing of Sir Isaac Newton sitting under an apple tree. Obviously this references Newton's discovery of gravity which referenced Apples innovative character. Saylor could be passing on this depiction to Kaspa in the marketplace currently who is innovative as Apple is but is not yet widely accepted by the market as Apple was in the 70's. Could the gravity of Kaspa's technology 'hit' Saylor on the head as he was talking to Fred one day on the phone? Surely Fred would have spoken to Michael about the once in a decade move they were making to mine their second coin ever? After Ron's first sketch for Steve, he presented Steve with two logo options of the apple..one with and one without the bite taken. Steve chose the version with the bite taken and it is still Apple's infamous logo to this day. In addition to the Sir Isaac Newton undertones, people believe the bite of the apple also references temptation from the story of Adam and Eve in the Bible. Specifically, "taking a bite of the forbidden fruit". Even though Apple is one of the largest companies in the world today, that wasn't always the case, especially as a startup in the 70's. Apple was a whole new style and operating system different from PC and they wanted users to "take a bite" of the the 'differen't' fruit. This analogy, especially considering the color of Michael's apple in this post could be referencing the temptation of Kaspa's new, different, innovative, and 'forbidden' fruit. Lastly, many skeptics believe Steve implied that the "Bite" of the apple could also be translated into "byte" - which means a group of binary digits that are operated on as a unit. Saylor may be implying purchasing Kaspa here as he is taking a 'byte', i.e. a 'unit' of the forbidden fruit. Coincidence or not?

at the mechanism design has been updated, so whereas previously a no-risk delegator could delegate to their chosen validator on sn0 and receive alpha-tokens/dust/airdrops (whatever you want to call them) from all of the subnets their validator was active on, ...this is a) incredibly inefficient to implement AND create a network that can infinitely expand subnets b) does not incentivise participation in Rao (dTao) which is important to its success So now delegators will have to choose which subnets they wish to receive alpha by allocating stake to them, else they will receive dividends in Tao but at a less profitable return than if they effectively engaged in holding alpha. I hope this makes sense ..feel free to ask any more questions.

@mogmachine @richdotca Mog, this might warrant clarification. I take it to mean that one must be a savvy investor and not expect passive rewards for just showing up to any subnet and delegating, not that there’s additional processes beyond due diligence correct?

@richdotca You will not get subnet tokens just for root delegation ..want to earn alpha, you have got to get your hands deep into alpha. No free lunch.

Tested positive for Covid today. Had a high fever the other night but got through that and now just tired and achey for the most part so hopefully that was the worst of it. Gonna keep resting to try and get over this asap so I can get back to normal.

Best natural remedies for some sort of cold/viral infection? Body aches, headache, sore throat, been sleeping all day. Taking vitamin C, zinc, and some painkillers but don’t seem to be helping too much…

@JasonJDaniel @currypistonn How are we surprised they’re struggling when they brought high usage long 2pt shooting derozan in and fucked up the chemistry. The lesson is for up and coming teams is be patient and let your team grow organically.
