Ngizwe Mchunu is saying the nonsense he is saying to gain fame. This is the problem of people being in contempt of court without consequences. Attention seekers have witnessed the likes of Musa Khawula be in contempt of court without consequence, so slander has become a revenue generation mechanism. The courts under Chief Justice Mandisa Maya are slowly losing their teeth and lawlessness is prevailing. It begins at the 514-day delay on Phala Phala. Now it’s just anarchy because the example is that the courts have no teeth unless it’s a vendetta politically against Malema.

BREAKTHROUGH: Coca-Cola withdraws job advertisement after Solidarity intervenes Coca-Cola has withdrawn a controversial racial advertisement after Solidarity initiated legal action against the company. In the job advertisement for an internship aimed at unemployed young people, Coca-Cola stipulated that the candidate must be black. There is no moral justification for classifying unemployed young people according to race. There is also no obligation on companies to include racial requirements in advertisements. On the contrary, racially exclusive advertisements are unlawful. The inclusion of race in advertisements is a self-imposed practice by employers that must be stopped. Among other actions, Solidarity initiated a process against Coca-Cola at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), of which the United States is a signatory. Part of this process involves placing the company on formal terms. Coca-Cola responded in writing, undertaking to withdraw the advertisements immediately and to begin an internal process to ensure that this does not happen again. In the meantime, Solidarity will continue engaging with Coca-Cola to ensure that racial exclusion does not arise again in future. Solidarity will also continue its campaign against racial stipulations in advertisements and South Africa’s broader race-based policies. Approximately 20 companies with exclusive racial requirements have been identified, and action is planned against them. These companies are not only acting immorally but are also in breach of various laws and international conventions. This also constitutes a violation of the terms of the settlement between Solidarity and the South African government, under the supervision of the International Labour Organization (ILO), which also forms part of a court order.

#EskomGauteng @City_Ekurhuleni #DaveytonOutage #StatusUpdate   Electricity supply was restored on 13 April 2026. However, a 32kV line has since tripped on the municipal network, resulting in a loss of supply to the same affected customers.   Eskom is working closely with the municipality to restore electricity supply as soon as possible.   At this stage, an estimated time of restoration is not yet available. Further updates will be provided as progress is made.

@thulaniLV @TRobinsonNewEra @elonmusk Amazon have an outlet in SA which is still owned by Americans. They did not need a BEE partner. Musk was going to set up factories $ contract small businesses to set up services. That is a lot of jobs. His other companies could offer more. Poor ANC decisions.

South Africa won’t allow Starlink to be licensed, even though I was BORN THERE, simply because I am not Black! We were offered many times the opportunity to bribe our way to a license by pretending that a Black guy runs Starlink SA, but I have refused to do so on principle. Racism should not be rewarded no matter to which race it is applied. Shame on the racist politicians in South Africa. They should be shown no respect whatsoever anywhere in the world and shunned for being unashamedly RACISTS!
DogeDesigner@cb_doge

Why Elon Musk is RIGHT to fight South Africa’s racist rules blocking Starlink? Imagine this: Long ago, South Africa had very unfair laws called apartheid. They treated Black people badly and kept them from good jobs and money. When those bad laws ended, the country made new rules (called B-BBEE) to help Black people get a fair share of business. The idea was good – like a big helping hand. But now? For companies like Starlink to sell fast internet, they MUST give away 30% of their business to Black partners. Just because of skin color. Elon Musk was born in South Africa. He left as a teen to chase big dreams. Today, his company SpaceX wants to bring Starlink – super fast satellite internet – to South Africa. But the rules say no unless they give up part of the company. Elon said it right: “Starlink is not allowed because I’m not Black.” SpaceX promised to spend about $30 million (that’s 500 million rand!) to give FREE high-speed internet to 5,000 rural schools. That helps over 2.4 MILLION kids every year learn better, get jobs later, and have a brighter future. Real help for the people who need it most! Starlink already works in about 24 other African countries. Villages there now have internet for school, doctors, and business. South Africa’s villages are missing out because of these racist rules. Elon isn’t asking for special favors. He just wants fair play so Starlink can connect everyone fast. Internet = education, jobs, hope. Why hold back millions of kids over rules that pick by race and color?

Elon Musk is pushing to change black ownership rules for Starlink satellite services in South Africa. Elon Musk is a South African born Citizen, currently living in America! The fact that our government continues to make things hard for him, it is quite alarming.

Cape Town is well governed, you really can’t beat the DA at that fact. They really did wonders with Cape Town, more especially the CBD. There are no records of People being killed on the streets, broad daylight. It clean and safe, now I understand why is it so expensive to live in Cape Town!

South Africa has been uninvited from attending the G7. Before you blame the United States, perhaps look at the ANC and their actions over the last few months, and then understand why this happened. I break this down in my video! Video Link: youtu.be/vANPILZCo3o
