Not good, not good behaviour at all, overtaking the nearest motor vehicle proceeding to a pedestrian crossing, with an oncoming vehicle to add to the mix.

Whilst prepping video for the police of a motorcyclist overtaking the lead vehicle at a crossing, I noticed this not so lovely event. Admire how the driver then cut the corner & ignored Highway Code H2; the cyclist did well, & cornered well. I’ll hint that the police take action.

MC starts accelerating from a car back when the skoda is still obscuring part of the crossing which is just silly really. I'd assumed was MC filtering at a gentle pace and reaching the front whilst on red as I do.

@but_cyclists The only crash I’ve ever had in/on any vehicle I was doing 20 on a motorbike. A guy in an oncoming car, in stationary traffic, wanted to take an upcoming right turn and decided that he’d just overtake the queue of cars in front, and paid little enough attention to hit me head on.

So much for @andyburnham being a ‘prime minister for everyone’ This will cripple ordinary families. £900k for three beds in shepherds bush is at the bottom end of the market. An equivalent rental is about 3-4k. These aren’t the super rich he’s punishing, it’s working families. People won’t be able to afford to live in their homes.
