@haesleinhuepf @Czaki_PL @MaKaefer I've been trying to work on this (perhaps foolishly) as my first napari plugin, inspired by your folder-browser but trying to take a magicgui approach and it's been hair pullingly hard. You're also referring to napari-workflows? It's definitely a great start!

@tim_monko @Czaki_PL @MaKaefer Yeah, we can generate that python code already. Challenging is the diversity of folder structures, file formats and analysis goals out there. We're on it though!

@haesleinhuepf @Czaki_PL @MaKaefer Something could be set up to use file select widgets just like in ImageJ's batch processing gui, though I suppose the challenge is producing the underlying python workflow file in a batch able way from napari, without ever leaving napari

@Czaki_PL @MaKaefer Show me how to do run custom workflows in napari automatically on a folder of images, and I'll change that slide 😉

As a UMN grad student I am beyond distressed that the UMPD took part in this “riot control” at the Brooklyn Center. @UMNews we literally JUST published a peer reviewed article on how dangerous tear gas is and how it is used disproportionately against communities of color.
