Doesn't mean they're smarter than you Or even smart at all People stumble into jobs all the time Don't get intimidated by the made up titles we give ourselves I've met CMOs who don't know what 'direct response' advertising is. B/c all they've ever overseen is goof ads with a Tiger selling cereal You'll meet execs who tout their titles... and then you get into a deal w/ them and realize "these people are incompetent." It doesn't mean they're 'dumb.' They got to that position in some way or fashion But don't be intimidated thinking they're smarter at everything than you. Because many aren't.

One pattern I have observed in successful people: they have mastered the art of saying ‘no’.

@wiseconnector I regularly disconnect from social media. Either on weekends or weekdays. It was such a relief when I did it the first time, that I said to myself: "why wasn't I doing it before?" Better later than never...
