Happening Now: @ltgovhashmi and @AGJayJones are set to speak in support of giving home healthcare workers and higher education workers the right to collectively bargain. A Senate-passed bill to allow for public sector collective bargaining excludes home healthcare workers. A House-passed version excludes higher education workers.

Remember when Michael Moore won the Oscar back in 2003 and was one of the first to bravely condemn the Bush administration for manipulating Americans into a senseless war with Iraq for no reason yet got booed by the Academy audience only to be proven right all along. Cos I sure as hell do. History just keeps repeating itself now with Iran and Palestine.
