None of this is Liverpools fault. Liverpool aren't trying to unsettle Isak. Isak told them last year he wants to join Liverpool. A few of over £100m was discussed. Liverpool have done everything by the book. Newcastle have decided they wont honour the agreement until they sign two replacement strikers. Essentially keeping Isak prisoner.

I don’t understand Paul Mitchell’s claim #NUFC has overpaid for players previously. I’ve always considered the club to have done v well on the buying side - Bruno, Gordon, Isak, Botman were good buys and gave hugely increased in value. Likewise Tonali we hope. Strange.
