Det fremstår for meg som juridisk sinnsykt at mennesker som man vet at er klinisk edrue skal dømmes som påvirket, fordi man vil begrense rusbruken blant ungdommer. At man kan miste førerretten grunnet en bekymringsmelding er ennå verre:
