I'm using some of my free time to work through some books colleagues have recommended. Every other week, as part of our 10% time, we have a book club. We've been discussing Continuous Discovery Habits by @ttorres during the last few book clubs! What are some of your favourites?

Our Day in the Life takeovers are back! We kick off at the end of this week with @timothydplatt who will talk you through a day in his role as Senior Product Manager. We'll then have a variety of other tech team members making appearances over the next month.

@VirginExp messaged you via your web form twice in the last 2 weeks about a refund and had no reply. Tried calling and it says you don’t operate a phone line anymore. It’s been a nightmare trying to get a refund for an unwanted gift experience. What’s with that?!

@monzo, I’ve just had a meal at @MilkMadu in Ubud, Bali... and they said the only card they don’t accept is Monzo... any reason why, or just an excuse to not take a card payment?

@EmmaMattress - hope your mattress is better than the box suggests 😕 It looks like it’s been thrown through every stage of the delivery processs. Also, why two different delivery companies? It just makes for a confusing customer experience.

@EmmaMattress - excited for the new mattress, but seems to have taken quite a battering on its way here... also, why do you use separate companies for delivery? Confusing.
