@JioMart_Support worst customer support I've ever experienced. My return request got rejected without any reason despite raising a return request within 48 hours of product delivery, and the procedure to place a return is too hectic.

@AmazonHelp I've attached a screenshot of the resolution that was offered to me if the pickup wasn't successful. None came to pickup. Later, I'd called and the executive told that she has started the advance refund process. But now I've come to know that she didn't actually start it.

@amazonIN I've been trying to return a product 6 times, but it never happened. The customer executive informed that she has started the advance refund process, but I didn't get any confirmation. Now I've come to know that it was a lie, and I've to start a new pickup process now!

@Olacabs WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.
I was charged twice and later told that the amount will be refunded to my bank account. I settled my Ola Postpaid. But finally it got a refunded to my Ola postpaid. The refund is now useless.
The executive to whom I spoke just hung up on me.

@IDFCFIRSTBank customer executive asked me to apply for Millennia credit card though I wasn't interested. But when I went ahead with the application, it was rejected due to internal regulations.
Now my CIBIL score would be affected! Totally unsatisfactory customer experience!
