@ATTCares Hello, I need your help. I bought four new iPhone X’s on my family plan using NEXT last fall on launch day. Returned all four. Being charged for one, but have proof if was dropped off and received by ATT. Spent over 10 hrs trying to resolve, all lines now suspended.
