Check out this amazing bathroom. Itll be a shame to have to take all this out (eventually). Why did they put a built-in toothbrush holder on the main floor?

First real dilemma uncovered - the bathroom floor tiles are set in the worst mudset in the world - basically loose sand mixed with broken tiles & bricks, nails, chunks of wood, etc. It sits on the old mudset - not sure theres a subfloor below it, based on whats above. Thoughts?

@ZohranKMamdani @NYC_DOT I think it would be helpful if there were signs up for both cyclists and drivers to be aware of cars turning at the intersections, especially at broadway and 36th avenue. I commute the whole bike line to work everyday and am an experienced cyclist however others might not be

After less than a day, we've already seen a massive response from so many our neighbors about safety concerns along the Crescent Street bike lane. @NYC_DOT - these concerns are real, they're widely shared, and luckily, they're easy to address. Please help us keep Astoria safe.
