So, states should have the right to determine laws that impact women's health, but not the right to put some limitations on gun use/purchases? Anyone else smell some inconsistencies?

I would argue that defunding a successful health program that has saved millions of lives just because those organizations may also provide abortion services WITH OTHER MONEY is NOT a pro-life behavior.
