Honest John Swinney refuses to answer why the Lord advocate sent the FM a memo about the charges of Peter Murrell a month before they were made public. The issue is the Lord advocate had recused herself from the case because she didn’t want it to become political. So why was she sending memos about the charges a month before it was made public. And also why is the FM refusing to answer questions on this issue and hiding behind he can’t talk about it due to legal issues.
