@O2 Again nothing!!!! You sent me ro an O2 shop yesterday, I had all the proof etc and still you do nothing but send me a lie! You said within 24 hours it will be resolved, but no you lied and sent me that instead!!!!

@Ofcom Please help!!! I've been frauded and O2 won't listen, I'm not even their customer, they got my data and randomly put a default on my credit account, even though I'm not their customer, they won't listen and won't remove the default. I sent them the fraud reference number!!

Unfortunately we have seen a repeat of an earlier issue which is causing intermittent broadband connectivity problems for some Virgin Media customers. We apologise again to those impacted, our teams are continuing to work flat out to find the root cause of the problem and fix it.

@O2 Hence why fraud police reference number and not crime reference number, I thought you'd know this, so when you bang on about crime reference, you should know it's a fraud police reference needed!!!!!!!!!! Please remove default you have on my file immediately

@O2 Fraud report that you didn't recognise, it is valid as advised by the police! I even got a police call record code!!!!!!! What more do you need to remove the fraud account from my name!!!! IM NOT WITH O2 AND NEVER WAS!!!!!
