@O2 Hello @O2 my phone has been without data for more than a week, I have contacted ur customer care and they appear to be as confused as me. 1 said it was an issue with my postcode and that your engineers were working on it, this O2 did not inform me of until I called.
@O2 I wish you could help me with the scam I’ve been a victim of! Someone took out an iPhone 14 under my name (Not even properly my name) and I’m now £110 down and counting! O2 cannot seem to sort it out. I’ve spent hours on the phone to them and I’m still no nearer to a resolution.
@O2 Please advise a customer service number, simple enquiry want to discuss a new contract, that’s all, I don’t want to do it via the app I just want to speak to a person. Do you remember that concept o2?

@O2 How can we speak to a HUMAN BEING in person rather than an automated recording which just directs you to payment process repeatedly. Appalling system & service for a "Communications" Company.
@O2 You scam people legally.... With the god damm price increase... Got a phone last month ... Went up over 10£ ... Cause of increase with inflation... But can go and get a new contract at same price as my contract started so its not inflation its just rip off companies

@O2 o2 are the biggest scammers ever!! I cancelled my daughter’s contract when it ended in January and now I’m getting threatening letters from you. When I call the supposed help line, they make out to help, put you on hold and then disconnect you. This has happened 4 times now
@O2 Could someone from your UK office look into this ASAP and contact me to resolve this. As soon as I leave my house my phone becomes useless as I cannot access anything on the Internet. Could O2 be fast to resolve this as they do with their billings
@O2@O2 Your service is beyond a joke !! Try to get through on online chat, you are always unavailable ! Your staff on the phone tell me they will call back if it cuts off and never does ! My phone I pay for never has service and how am I meant to sort it if your staff cannot !!!
